Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with a Chinese Heritage style that blends well with the surroundings. While the breakfast could be improved, the rooms are cozy with a lovely garden view from the balcony.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were delightful with curated art and a lovely bathroom in the hutton35 room, which was very good and quite. The location was convenient, surrounded by plenty of food options within walking distance. However, the dining experience had very little for vegetarians, and there were limited breakfast options. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel has excellent rooms in a Chinese Heritage style, perfect for tourists who enjoy exploring during the day. The rooms are a bit dim even with the shades open. The location is great for walking to the old city center, food spots, and tourist attractions. The dining experience is not very varied, offering both eastern and western foods, but the repetitive egg-sausage combo may get boring. Overall, a strategic food heaven with some room for improvement in the dining options.
The hotel's location is superb, conveniently close to famous eateries and within walking distance to Georgetown's attractions. While the rooms were generally comfortable, I encountered some cleanliness issues, and had to request a change due to potential mold allergy. The dining experience was hit or miss, and the Italian coffee was a highlight. On the upside, the antique furnishings added a unique charm to the stay.
The hotel beautifully blends modern comfort with a touch of Peranakan style. The room I stayed in was tastefully designed, immersing me in a unique cultural experience. Although my room lacked functioning AC and hot water and was not cleaned, the complimentary mini bar on the first day, along with the own wifi and afternoon tea, added a nice touch to the overall stay.
The hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of all the food spots in Georgetown. The rooms are spacious, combining a classic decor with modern comforts, but they could use more natural light. The service was informative and helpful about the area, although room service seemed a bit rushed. The dining options were basic but sufficient for a quick meal. Overall, a good value for money stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and inconvenience. The rooms were very comfortable and big, albeit in a slightly quirky style, but the noise from the nearby motorcycle repair shop made it impossible to sleep until early morning. The location was fantastic for exploring Georgetown on foot, although the noise at night was a drawback. The dining options were limited, with repetitive breakfast choices, but the service was decent.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was spacious with lovely heritage vibes, but unfortunately, the AC and hot water weren't working, and it was not cleaned during my stay. The price was very affordable, though.
